Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AutomateReylo (the "Service") operated by AutomateReylo ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutomateReylo is an AI-powered platform that assists users in creating video content. The Service includes script generation, text-to-speech conversion, image generation, and video composition tools.

Beta/AI Disclaimer: The Service uses experimental Artificial Intelligence technologies. We make no warranty that AI-generated results will be accurate, unique, or suitable for your specific intended purpose. You are responsible for verifying all output before publishing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Your Rights

You retain all rights, title, and interest in:

• The text prompts and scripts you input into the Service.
• The final video output generated by the Service, subject to your subscription tier.

Commercial Use: Users on Paid Tiers (Starter, Pro, Ultra) are granted a commercial license to use the generated videos for monetization (e.g., YouTube AdSense, sponsored content). Free tier users are granted a personal, non-commercial license with attribution required (watermark).

3.2 Our Rights

We own the software, design, code, and infrastructure of the Platform. "AutomateReylo" and our logo are trademarks of our company. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our underlying code.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that includes:

• Sexual violence and nonconsensual sexual content.
• Hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups.
• Real-world violence, promotion of terrorism, or self-harm.
• Disinformation campaigns or deepfakes intended to deceive (e.g., impersonating public figures).

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused credits.
• Usage Limits: Unused video credits do not roll over to the next month. Cloud storage limits are strict; we may delete assets exceeding your plan's quota after a warning period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateReylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from (A) your use of or inability to use the Service; (B) any content generated by the Service; or (C) unauthorized access to your account.

7. Third-Party Integration

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram). We are not responsible for the availability or policies of these platforms. You must comply with their respective Terms of Service when publishing content generated by AutomateReylo.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access payments or services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
